About Maya
What began as a search for truth and depth became a long-term commitment to understanding the human experience - the body, the psyche, intimacy, and the deeper forces that shape how we live.
My background is both academic and experiential.
I hold a Master’s degree in Finance and spent years moving between structured, analytical environments and deeper explorations of
the human psyche.
Over time, the pull toward healing, soul-led work and embodiment became undeniable.
My work is rooted in six years of professional one-to-one practice and over fifteen years of personal study, exploration, and inner transformation.
It sits at the intersection of psychology, embodiment, and relational healing.
Having moved through my own processes around trauma, addiction, miscarriages, health challenges, and chronic dysregulation,
I understand the complexity of change from the inside.
Every modality I now use has been tested through lived experience, not only learned conceptually.
My work is trauma-informed and grounded in somatic modalities,
nervous system awareness, and Tantra.
I draw from seven years of studying Trans-Himalayan wisdom traditions,
Kashmiri Shaivism, Dakini lineages, modern therapeutic frameworks, and long-term involvement in initiatory and feedback-based group work focused on shadow, integrity, and relational dynamics.
I am also committed to ongoing mentorship and being held accountable as a practitioner.
My sessions integrate somatic tracking, body-led coaching, and precise relational feedback. I work in a way that respects your pace, your history, and the intelligence of your body.
This work is direct, attuned, and deeply human.
